The book is in very good + condition with no marks and a gift inscription to the top of the fep. with light foxing to the page edges. There is some light wear to the corners and edges.
The dustwrapper is in very good condition and is not price clipped, with a repaired tear to the base of the ront cover fore-edge join and another to the rear cover, with some print missing. There is some wear to the top/base of the spine and corners. The wrapper comes with an unattached clear protective cover.
Contains numerous line and colour drawings by many of the authors regular illustrators, including Grace Lodge, Lilian Chivers and Hilda McGavin.
