The book is in very good condition with a neat inscription to the title page verso, with wear to the top/base of the spine, corners and bottom edges a few marks to the edges. Internally the pages are clear and bright.
The dust wrapper is in good + condition and is not price clipped, with wear to the top/base and edges of the spine and corners. There are repaired tears by the previous owner to the top edge of the front cover, one to the base of the spine and one to the top fore-edge of the rear cover. The covers are a touch dusty. The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
The second book featuring John and Jennifer using the photographs of Gee Denes, written on this occasion by Valerie Higgins, who at the time was the superintendent of the Children's Zoo in Regent's Park.
