The book is in very good condition with rubbing to the top/base of the spine, which has a slight forward lean, and wear to the corners and bottom edges. There is light foxing to the end papers and half title page and a small pink mark to page 8 which doesn't affect the text, else all pages clear and unmarked. The page edges are a touch dusty.
The dust wrapper is in good + condition and is not price clipped. There is some tears and loss to the top/base of the spine, and wear and a few tears around the edges and corners, and discolouration to the spine. The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
The book contains wonderful black & white illustrations throughout.
