'Picture Stories from the Bible - The Complete 'Life of Christ' Edition' by Montgomery Mulford. Illustrated by Don Cameron. Published by M.C. Gaines. 1944. US 1st edition. Card covers. No dust wrapper as issued. 96pp.
The book is in very good condition with no inscriptions, with wear to the top/base of the spine and corners. The covers are a touch dusty, with the rear cover marked around the edges, and a crease running down the length of the front cover. Internally, there is the odd small tear or mark to the base or fore-edge of the pages, and the bottom corner of the first pages are dog-eared.
A landmark publication which brought the life of Christ to a mass market through the medium of cartoon strips.
