The book is in very good condition with no marks and a gift inscription dated 1948.
The dust wrapper is in very good condition and is price clipped. There is loss and creasing to the top/base of the spine and corners, with rapaired tears by the former owner to the top/base of the spine. The rear cover is a touch dusty.
The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
As well as numerous line drawings, the book contains six full page colour illustrations.
